1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 345vin ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using any feature of 345vin at 345vin.pro, you confirm unconditional acceptance of these Terms along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines, which are incorporated here by reference.

If you are accessing the platform on behalf of another person or organisation, you warrant that you have the authority to bind that party to these Terms. These Terms apply to all use of the platform, including sports betting, casino games, live casino, VIP programmes, bonus participation, deposits, withdrawals and any customer support interaction.

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the platform after any revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will indicate the date of the most recent update at the top of this page.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To register and use 345vin, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. The platform is strictly for adults. We do not accept registrations from minors under any circumstances, and any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be closed and all funds frozen pending review.
• You must be registering as an individual acting on your own behalf, not on behalf of another person.
• You must provide accurate, truthful and complete information during registration. This includes your legal name, date of birth, valid contact details and any other information requested during the verification process.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor or affiliate of 345vin, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have had a previous account on 345vin that was suspended or closed due to a violation of these Terms.

345vin reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address, or payment method verification. Failure to provide requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension or withdrawal delays.

Each individual may maintain only one account on 345vin. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected belonging to the same individual, all accounts may be closed and balances may be forfeited without notice.

3 Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your 345vin account. This includes all bets placed, bonuses claimed, deposits made and withdrawals requested, regardless of whether you authorised those actions or not. You must:

• Keep your login credentials, including your password and any security codes, strictly confidential. Do not share your account details with any other person under any circumstances.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially when using a shared or public device.
• Notify 345vin support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• Keep your registered contact details — including mobile number and email address — accurate and up to date at all times.
• Not allow any third party to use, access or operate your account on your behalf.

345vin will not be liable for any losses suffered as a result of unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. All transactions completed using your login credentials will be treated as authorised by you unless you have previously reported a security concern to our support team.

4 Deposits & Payments

All transactions on 345vin are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 345vin supports the following deposit methods for Pakistani players:

You may only deposit funds using payment methods that are registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party payment accounts are not permitted and may be returned or result in account suspension. 345vin reserves the right to request evidence that a payment method belongs to you before processing a withdrawal to that method.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per day. These limits may vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of deposit. 345vin does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges — these are your responsibility to check before depositing.

Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly for JazzCash and Easypaisa, and within standard banking hours for bank transfers. If a deposit has not been credited after the expected processing time, contact our support team with your transaction reference number.

5 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of available funds from your 345vin account at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed any applicable identity verification before withdrawals can be processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name. We do not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be completed before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. See Section 6 for full bonus terms.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply per transaction and are displayed in your account withdrawal section.
• 345vin targets same-day processing for JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals in PKR. Bank transfers may take additional business days depending on the receiving institution.

345vin does not charge withdrawal fees. The amount you request is the amount transferred to your wallet or bank account. However, your receiving bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transfer acceptance charges, which are outside our control.

In cases where 345vin suspects fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, money laundering or a violation of these Terms, we reserve the right to delay, suspend or decline a withdrawal request pending investigation. We will notify you of any such delay and provide guidance on what is required to resolve it.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

345vin offers bonuses, free bets and promotional offers to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer on the Promotions page. The following general bonus terms apply across all promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Wagering Requirements: Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement — the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit) must be staked before winnings can be withdrawn. The specific multiplier is stated on each promotion. Bets placed on certain markets or games may not contribute fully toward wagering requirements.
• Eligibility: Welcome bonuses are for new players on their first deposit only. Each eligible player may claim a welcome bonus once. Duplicate accounts used to claim multiple welcome bonuses will result in all accounts and associated bonuses being voided.
• Expiry: Bonuses expire if not claimed within the stated timeframe from the date of issue. Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated period from bonus activation, after which the bonus and any bonus-derived winnings will be removed.
• PSL and Cricket Promotions: Special promotions tied to PSL season, T20 series or other cricket events may carry specific eligibility and timing requirements as stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Abuse Prevention: 345vin reserves the right to withhold or void any bonus if we have reasonable grounds to believe it is being claimed in bad faith or through the use of bonus abuse strategies, including but not limited to low-variance betting patterns designed purely to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk.

All bonus decisions made by 345vin are final. If you have a query about a bonus, contact our support team before placing bets you intend to use toward wagering requirements.

7 Betting & Casino Rules

All bets placed on 345vin are subject to the following general rules. Sport-specific and event-specific rules may apply in addition and are displayed within the relevant betting market.

• Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the platform, it cannot be cancelled or modified by the player.
• 345vin reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where a clear pricing error has occurred. In such cases, the stake will be returned to your account.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to live odds availability. Connection issues on the player's side do not constitute grounds for bet cancellation.
• Cricket bets — including PSL, T20 internationals and Test matches — are settled according to the official result declared by the relevant governing body. Matches that are abandoned without a result being possible may be voided or settled according to specific competition rules.
• Accumulator and parlay bets are subject to standard rules. If one leg of an accumulator is voided, that selection is removed and the remaining legs stand.
• Maximum bet limits apply per selection and per event. These are displayed in the bet slip and may vary based on your account history and VIP tier.

For casino games, all outcomes are determined by certified random number generation systems or by live dealer processes, depending on the game type. Disconnections during a casino game session will be handled according to the specific game provider's rules. Any incomplete casino game round at the time of disconnection will either be completed automatically or have the stake returned, depending on the game logic.

345vin reserves the right to suspend any betting market or casino game at any time for operational, technical or integrity reasons without prior notice.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 345vin. Any player found engaging in prohibited conduct may have their account suspended or permanently closed, their balance forfeited and their details reported to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Registering more than one account, or registering an account using false, borrowed or stolen identity information.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, navigate the platform or exploit bonus structures.
• Exploiting software errors, loopholes or technical glitches to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings generated as a result of a known or suspected glitch will be voided.
• Match fixing, insider betting or placing bets using information not available to the general public at the time of the bet.
• Using 345vin for any money laundering activity, including depositing funds from illegal sources or cycling funds through the platform to obscure their origin.
• Attempting to transfer your account balance, account access or betting credits to another person.
• Placing bets in a coordinated manner with other players to abuse promotions or guarantee winnings regardless of event outcomes (arbitrage abuse).
• Using VPN, proxy servers or other tools to disguise your identity, location or payment method origin.

If you become aware of a technical error or pricing mistake that appears to create an unintended advantage, you are obligated to report it to our support team rather than exploit it. Continued exploitation after awareness is treated as prohibited conduct.

9 Privacy & Data

Your personal data, including your name, CNIC details, contact information, payment details and betting history, is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By registering on 345vin, you consent to the collection and processing of your data as described in that policy.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with payment processors, identity verification services and fraud prevention providers as necessary to operate the platform. All data is handled with appropriate security measures including encryption of sensitive information at rest and in transit.

10 Responsible Gaming

345vin is committed to providing a safe and responsible entertainment environment. Online betting and casino gaming are meant to be enjoyable leisure activities for adults. If at any point they stop being enjoyable or begin affecting your finances, relationships or daily routine, it is important to take action.

The following tools are available in your account settings to help you stay in control:

11 Suspension & Termination

345vin reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at our sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive or criminal activity connected to the account.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• A chargeback or disputed payment being raised against a deposit made to the account.
• At the player's own request for self-exclusion or account closure.

If your account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited in full. If your account is closed for any other reason, any genuine funds remaining after deduction of any outstanding bonus balances will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Closure requests will be processed promptly. Any pending bets at the time of closure will be settled according to their normal outcomes, and remaining real-money balances will be returned after settlement.

12 Limitation of Liability

345vin provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure reliable, uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee that the platform will be free from errors, downtime or data loss at all times. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• 345vin is not liable for any losses arising from your use of the platform, including betting losses, which are a normal and expected part of gambling activity.
• We are not liable for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control, including internet outages, mobile network failures, payment provider downtime or force majeure events.
• We are not liable for third-party content, including game software provided by external casino game suppliers, beyond our obligation to ensure those suppliers meet our quality and fairness standards.
• In any event, our maximum liability to you for any single claim shall not exceed the amount of funds held in your account at the time the claim arises.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, where such limitation is prohibited by law.

13 Changes to Terms

345vin may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date shown at the top of this page. For significant changes that materially affect your rights or obligations, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via email or in-platform notification.

Your continued use of 345vin following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with a revised version of the Terms, you should stop using the platform and contact our support team to request account closure.
